Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on eligible products unless stated otherwise.
  • If shipping charges apply, they will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable) with your tracking details.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across India.

To reduce fraudulent orders, we may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to verify your order before dispatch.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as:

the package may be returned to us.


Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if your claim is approved under our Return & Refund Policy.
