At The Wow Store, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
- You must provide clear photos or a video showing the damage or defect.
Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Products that are not damaged or defective.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Return requests made after the 7-day return period.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method after verification.
Replacement
Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged or defective products. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
